Flagstone Holdings, the marine and leisure, property and industrial services concern, deepened pre-tax losses from pounds 934,000 to pounds 2.5m for the year to 31 January. Turnover was pounds 1.1m (pounds 956,000). No dividend.

AAF Industries, makers and suppliers of system and modular buildings, advanced to pounds 2.3m (pounds 2.2m) pre-tax profit for the six months to 30 June. Interim dividend is held at 5p.

Rotork, which makes control equipment, rose to pounds 4.8m (pounds 4.35m) pre-tax profit in the half-year to 30 June. Interim dividend is 4.65p (4.25p).

Abbey, the commercial, industrial and residential property developer and plant hire group, quadrupled pre-tax profits from Ir pounds 354,000 to Ir pounds 1.55m in the year to 30 April. Final dividend is 1p.

TR City of London Trust declared a final dividend of 1.19p, making 4.76p for the year to 30 June. Net asset value is 112.8p (110.5p).

Anglo & Overseas Trust's net asset value fell to 311.1p (328.2p) as at 30 June. Interim dividend is 1.7p.
