Graig Shipping, the international bulk cargo carrier, announced improved pre-tax profits of pounds 1.2m ( pounds 1m) for the year to 31 March. No dividend.

Ferromet Group, the metals concern, fell sharply into a pounds 12.9m pre-tax loss for the year to December, against a pounds 624,000 profit previously. No dividend.

Seafield, the warehousing, distribution and property company, almost doubled pre-tax losses from pounds 11.5m to pounds 22.4m in the year to December. There was an exceptional charge amounting to of pounds 19.5m ( pounds 18.7m). No dividend.

Clyde Blowers, the engineering company, reported a decline in pre-tax profits to pounds 34,000 ( pounds 126,000). Interim dividend is held at 0.83p.

Joseph (Leopold) Holdings, the merchant banker, returned pre- tax profits of pounds 1.1m for the year to 31 March. Final dividend is 12.75p, making 15.85p. No comparables.

TR Technology Investment Trust announced a total dividend of 1.75p (2.2p) on the back of lower pre-tax profits of pounds 4m ( pounds 4.8m) in the year to 30 April.
