Hazlewood Foods sold its airline catering and wet salad businesses, Saint Martin Food Products, for pounds 12.5m.

Industrial Control Services advanced to pounds 7.2m ( pounds 6.2m) profit for the year to 31 May. Total dividend 5p (4.4p).

Year to 30 June

Alumasc Group lifted pre-tax profits to pounds 8.9m ( pounds 7.5m). Total dividend 6.5p (5.875p).

Graystone boosted pre-tax profits to pounds 4.1m ( pounds 200,000). Total dividend 0.24p.

Ernest Green fell to pounds 419,000 ( pounds 773,000) pre-tax profit. Total dividend 6p (7p).

Lloyd Thompson edged up to pounds 18.2m ( pounds 17.4m) pre-tax profit. Dividend 7.8p (6.7p).

PizzaExpress boosted pre-tax profits to pounds 4.8m ( pounds 860,000). Total dividend 2p.

Ricardo Group soared to pounds 4.5m ( pounds 2.7m). EPS 8.4p (4p). Total dividend 6p (5.7p).

Towry Law increased pre-tax profits to pounds 2.8m ( pounds 2.4m). Total dividend 4.5p (3.6p).

Half-year to 30 June

Bilston and Battersea Enamels achieved pounds 33,000 pre-tax profit (loss pounds 186,000).

Cassell cut taxable losses to pounds 179,000 ( pounds 345,000).

CLS Holdings on pounds 8.4m profit (loss pounds 1.5m). Dividend 0.4p.

Cluff Resources deepened taxable losses from pounds 343,000 to pounds 583,000. No dividend.

Dagenham Motors lifted pre- tax profits to pounds 1.8m ( pounds 1.3m). Dividend 2p (1.75p).

Eadie Holdings' pre-tax profits fell to pounds 262,000 ( pounds 850,000). Dividend held at 0.3p.

Edmond Holdings' pre-tax profits were pounds 130,000 (loss pounds 187,000). Dividend 0.15p.

Hampden Group made pounds 207,000 pre-tax profit (loss pounds 198,000). Dividend is 0.2p.

Headlam Group leapt to pounds 2.1m ( pounds 1.1m) pre-tax profit. Dividend 1p (0.85p).

S Jerome & Sons pounds 321,000 profit ( pounds 25,000). Payout 0.5p (0.2p).

More O'Ferrall pre-tax profit pounds 2.8m ( pounds 2.1m). Payout 3.2p (same).

Norcor leapt to pounds 4m ( pounds 1.4m) pre- tax profit. No dividend.

Spandex hoisted pre-tax profits from pounds 2.4m to pounds 3.2m. Dividend 0.75p (0.7p).

TT Group rose to pounds 14.9m ( pounds 9.4m) pre-tax profit. Dividend 3.2p (2.6p).
