Microgen Holdings made pounds 6.7m (pounds 8.2m) pre-tax profit in the year to 31 October on pounds 53.3m ( pounds 49.3m) turnover. EPS fell to 10.5p (13.8p). Total dividend 7.25p (same).

Year to 30 September

Neotronics fell to pounds 2.3m (pounds 3m) pre-tax profit. EPS 5.73p (7.65p). Total dividend 2.6p (same).

PWS Holdings doubled pre-tax profits to pounds 2.4m (pounds 1.2m). EPS 6.8p (4.4p). Total dividend 4p (same).

Six months to 30 September

Jones Stroud, textiles maker, fell to pounds 2.9m (pounds 3.3m) pre-tax profits. EPS 11.4p (12.3p). Dividend increased to 3.5p (3.3p).

Hollas Group, the yarn and garments distributor and retailer, incurred pounds 254,000 taxable loss (profit pounds 255,000). LPS 0.5p (EPS 0.3p). Dividend 0.3p (0.6p).

Real Time Control advanced to pounds 424,000 (pounds 258,000) pre-tax profit. EPS 4.1p (2.5p). No dividend.

Six months to 31 Ocotober

Wyko Group incurred pounds 333,000 loss (profit pounds 121,000). LPS 1.19p (0.07p). No dividend (0.5p).

Matthew Clark, the drinks company, lifted pre-tax profits to pounds 3.4m (pounds 2.4m). Sales pounds 47.6m (pounds 26.1m). EPS 16p (15.2p). Dividend increased to 7.25p (6.75p).
