Intel shares earlier touched $103, an all-time high. The Nasdaq Composite Index was up 6.08 at 1871.70, while the blue chip Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 6.18 to 8857.80, paring a 66-point gain. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index declined 3.91 to 1124.35.
