Allders, the department store and duty free retailer, has launched a £15m bid for MS McLeod Holdings, an Australian duty free group.

Allders is also acquiring two New Zealand based companies, Regency Duty Free Stores and Made In New Zealand, a group of souvenir shops, for a combined price of £12m.
