Algerian market bomb toll mounts

The death toll in the bombing of an Algerian market on Friday rose to at least 22, with some estimates reaching 29. Over 100 people were injured. The explosion was the latest in an upsurge in violence following President Liamine Zeroual's decision to step down and call early elections.
