A BUSINESS Expansion Scheme offering an annualised return of 13.38 per cent over five years to 40 per cent taxpayers is being launched by John Govett & Co. AssetBuilder IV is a contracted exit, assured tenancy BES. More than pounds 4m was raised in March and the sponsors aim to raise another pounds 8m this time to acquire and invest in a mill and surrounding properties in the Portland Basin conservation area in Ashton-Under-Lyne, Manchester. Minimum investment is pounds 500.
