TAXPAYERS have another six weeks in which to meet the 31 October Inland Revenue deadline for submitting 1991-92 tax returns. All higher rate taxpayers and recipients of income which is not taxed at source have a responsibility to report their income to the Revenue even if they have not been sent a tax return.
