Ever since they formed on The X Factor in 2011, Little Mix have proven themselves as a female empowerment powerhouse.

Over the years, the pop group have used their status as one of the most successful girl bands in the history of music to speak openly about their feminist beliefs, through awards speeches, interviews and their music.

Little Mix are due to perform alongside rapper Ms Banks at the 2019 Brit awards, where they're also nominated for British Video of the Year for their pop-reggae track "Woman Like Me".

Having previously performed their hit song "Shout Out to My Ex" at the awards ceremony in 2017, there's no doubt the band will have the O2 arena on its feet as they take to the stage this year.
