When we thought fashion couldn't be any more ridiculous, there's always a someone that goes the extra mile.
The brand which gave us those infamous denim festival thongs and the 'bum rip high-waisted skinny jean' has delivered yet again, and while this item isn't as risqué, it still raises eyebrows.
Pretty Little Thing - a popular fashion brand among millennials - is selling a high-vis as a 'statement jacket' for an eye-popping £45.
They claim it's the perfect jacket for festival season and should be styled with 'grey cycling shorts and reflective boots' to finish the look.
But the price does seem a bit high for what you can buy on Amazon for as little as £2.99.
Users on social media have mocked the brand posting images of themselves in their own workman's jackets.
One user wrote: "hahaha imagine bumping into a bricky on site like omg nice jacket mate where'd you get that from?, oh this? pretty little thing geezer."
And another wrote: "Yeah the only time I'm buying a £45 hi-vis jacket from pretty little thing is if when I put it on I can instantly build a yard from scratch. What were they thinking this is not a look."
However, Pretty Little Thing insists this 'eccentric' look is recreating the latest celeb styles.
A spokesman said: "Our Buying and Design team are always straight off the mark in identifying the most up to date and current trends to our customers.
"Having spotted Kim Kardashian in something very similar not so long ago, we couldn't wait to make it available for our customers who love to recreate the latest celeb styles at an affordable price of £45."
Well, they certainly took the back-to-work trend seriously. Fashion is all about standing out from the crowd and in this jacket, whether you'll be working on a building site or strutting the catwalk, you'll certainly light up any room.
And from what we can see, the jacket is already selling out. So you better be quick.
