Tom Bowman has joined Microsoft as the UK advertising sales manager for the Microsoft Network. He joins MSN from ZD Net UK, the online service of Ziff-Davis UK Ltd, where he led the advertising launch last year of the Yahoo! UK & Ireland navigational tool. This was a joint venture between Ziff-Davis Europe and Yahoo USA.

Sysdeco Solutions Ltd, the RAD tools and systems integration consultancy, has appointed John McIntyre as managing director. He joins the company having previously held the role of general manager within Sysdeco Mimer UK. McIntyre has 25 years' experience in the industry, having also worked at Honeywell, ICL, Wang and Compuware.

Hasbro Interactive has restructured its internal development team, appointing Clive Robert, formerly head of development, to the post of creative director, while Kevin Buckner, formerly a senior producer, becomes development director.
