Your support makes all the difference.Police in north London are searching for a man who stripped down to his boxer shorts before assaulting a woman in a launderette.
The man, aged about 30 and described as having a 'baby face, walked into the launderette in Alexandra Road, Muswell Hill, where the 35-year-old woman was doing her washing. He carried a black and white holdall.
Removing his black T-shirt and blue jeans, he stripped to a pair of black boxer shorts before commencing with his washing. He then suddenly attacked the woman, causing bruising to her arms.
Following a struggle the 5ft 8in man - with short black hair, dark brown eyes, a small nose and clean shaven - fled naked, only stopping outside to pull on another pair of shorts.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the attack, on Sunday afternoon, to call DC Michael Curtis on 081-345 2262.
