Rose Leslie and Kit Harington have welcomed their first child, a baby boy, according to reports.
On Tuesday, the couple was photographed in London together, with the baby strapped to Leslie’s chest.
In a statement to E! News, a representative for the couple confirmed that Leslie had given birth to a son and that they are “very, very happy”.
As of now, the Game of Thrones stars have not shared the baby’s name nor the date he was born.
Leslie first revealed she was pregnant in September 2020 during an interview and photo shoot with the UK’s Make magazine.
While she did not comment on her pregnancy, the expectant mother did discuss her and Harington’s experience quarantining together at their home in East Anglia.
“What a glorious thing to be able to run to the countryside and recoup,” she said at the time. “It’s a great privilege to be surrounded by greenery, birdsong and hedgerows, and our delightful neighbours. It’s so peaceful.”
Leslie later addressed her pregnancy in a brief statement to the New York Post, where she said she was “thrilled” to be expecting and couldn’t “wait to meet the new member of our family!”
The couple, who played on-screen lovers Jon Snow and Ygritte on Game of Thrones, first started dating in 2012 before tying the knot in 2018.
