The singer, who found fame in the early Noughties as one fifth of pop group Hear'Say, made the announcement on Valentine's Day.
Klass shared a photo of herself cradling her growing baby bump, captioning the picture with a simple heart emoji.
This is the first child the former I'm A Celebrity contestant is expecting with her boyfriend of three years, fashion PR Simon Motson.
Klass has two daughters, 11-year-old Ava and seven-year-old Hero, with ex-husband Graham Quinn.
Klass and Quinn separated six months after marrying in 2011.
Numerous people have been congratulating Klass on the new addition to her family.
"Congratulations Myleene!!!!!!! This is so beautiful and amazing I'm so happy for you!!!!" former The Only Way Is Essex castmember Jessica Wright wrote on Instagram.
"Mate, this makes me so unbelievably happy. Congratulations," reality star Vicky Pattison commented.
Britain's Got Talent judge Alesha Dixon also sent Klass her best wishes, writing, "Congratulations darling."
Klass expressed her gratitude in a post on her Instagram story for the supportive messages she received following the announcement.
"Completely and utterly blown away by all the incredible messages of love and support for me and my family," she wrote.
"Sat here crying happy, hormonal tears into my Valentine's curry! Love does indeed make the world go round."
