On Saturday, the former Glee star showed off her growing bump with a photo on Instagram alongside the caption: “So grateful” and a yellow heart emoji.
In the image, the 33-year-old is pictured cradling her bump as she looks down to the floor smiling, while wearing a floor-length blue dress and no shoes.
The post, which has since received more than 1.5m likes, was met with hundreds of congratulatory messages from celebrity friends and followers.
“Aww congrats! I love this. You're going to be a great mummy!” wrote Naya Rivera who acted alongside Michele in Glee.
Similarly, the mother-to-be’s Scream Queens co-star Emma Roberts added: “Crying! Screaming!!! Love you!.”
Ashley Tisdale also joined in the celebrations writing: “OMG OMG”, while celebrity hairstylist Sarah Potempa commented “@leamichele so beautiful!!! We are so happy for you and Zandy!!!! Congratulations.”
The couple’s news comes after rumours began circulating earlier this week that they were expecting their first child together.
“They've always wanted to be parents,” a source told People.
Michele and Reich first began dating in July 2017 before getting engaged in April 2018.
The couple married at an intimate ceremony in Northern California on 9 March 2019.
“We are so excited to be married and grateful to be surrounded by our friends and family,” the couple said in a statement at the time.
“And most of all, we’re so happy to spend the rest of our lives together.”
