Premature twins hold hands in heartwarming video

In this heartwarming video, premature twins Kristian and Kristiana hold hands against their father's chest, despite being born at just 29 weeks.

Anthea Jackson-Rushford from Victoria, Australia, went into labour earlier this month; and posted the video on Facebook to give hope to other parents who have premature babies.

Mrs Jackson-Rushford posted on her Facebook account: "I googled like crazy looking for hope when we told we might be Prem. I would love to see this kind of positivity as a mum that faces the possibility of a premature baby."

The video has recieved nearly 7 million views after Mrs Jackson-Rushford encouraged users to make it go viral.

Despite all odds, the twins who weigh only around 2 pounds each, are said to be in fine health.
