HAVING a pregnancy terminated should have no effect on a woman's fertility, according to a joint study by the Royal Colleges of General Practitioners and Surgeons.
In a 10-year trial involving almost 1,500 pregnant women, reported in General Practitioner, researchers found no significant difference in the time it took to conceive again.
