Your support makes all the difference.Apple iPhone owners from the United States were searching for "Pentalobe screwdriver" - the top term in this week's Google home trends. "Vitamix" blenders were also popular as was Polish furniture manufacturer "Black Red White."
The term "Pentalobe screwdriver " refers to the new tamperproof Pentalobe screws which hold the new iPhone 4 together. The millimeter diameter screws can only be undone with a pentalobe screwdriver which is Apple's invention and is not currently being marketed by the company.
However some manufacturers have produced copies of Apple's Pentalobe screwdriver, a version produced by Silverhill Tools is available to buy on Amazon.com for $5.99.
The term "Fountain Lady" refers to an unfortunate woman who shot to fame after a video of her falling into a fountain in a shopping mall while texting went viral on YouTube. The video can be viewed at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mg11glsBW4Y .
"Vitamix," in fifth place, refers to the popular food processor company of the same name. Vitamix blenders are sold throughout Europe, North America and Asia - more information and links to regional sites can be found at www.vitamix.com.
One hundred percent of the searches for the term "Black Red White" originated from Poland. The term refers to a Polish furniture manufacturer of the same name; though the company's products are primarily sold within Poland they are also available to buy at select retailers in the UK.
Other popular search terms this week include the Chinese phrase "?????" which loosely translates as "I am [a member of the] Special Forces" and refers to a popular film and television series in China; and "??????"which roughly translates as "flying fish wedding " and is likely to refer to a Chinese wedding photography company.
The search terms with the most significant growth worldwide in the last seven days as measured by Google Insights under the category Home & Garden, recorded on January 28 at 9:00 AM GMT, are:
