So simple that you don't really need a recipe. You may have come across this in Spain and know what I'm talking about.

Lightly brush some slices of crusty white bread with olive oil and rub a clove of garlic (better still, new-season garlic) over them. Grill the bread on both sides – preferably on an open fire or barbecue – then cut a ripe tomato in half and rub it into the bread. You can then drizzle a little more oil on if you wish. This bread goes particularly well with Iberico ham.
