Your support makes all the difference.Five different flavours of Kettle Chips have been recalled over fears that they may contain pieces of plastic.
Kettle Foods Ltd said in a statement that the affected bags may contain bits of plastic that resemble the crisps themselves.
All the products affected have best before date of 28th May 2016.
A spokesperson said: "All of the 5 affected products are dated best before ‘28 May 16’.
"As a precautionary measure, we are asking customers not to eat the product and to contact us for a full refund.
"We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank our customers in advance for their cooperation.”
The company have asked customers to send the empty pack to them with their name and address for a full refund including postage.
The address is available on the company’s website.
The flavours affected are Mature Cheddar & Onion 40g, Sea Salt & Balsamic Vinegar 40g, Lightly Salted 30g, Lightly Salted Multipack 5 x 30g and Light Salted 150g (this product is only sold in Asda stores).
