In honor of World Pistachio Day, February 25, here are some pistachio-inspired recipes from around the globe explained in videos.
The pistachio nut's distinct flavor is often omitted from recipes because of the labor-intensive shells or salt. To get around these issues, find extra helpers or look for unsalted, shelled pistachios in your market.
