Correction: In last week's recipe for lemon honeycomb mould, those of you who use the imperial measures may have ended up with very rich gloop. The recipe should have said 1/4 pint single cream, not 4 pints, for which we apologise profusely. Those of you on metric measures (150 ml) were OK.
