Your support makes all the difference.The International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) Annual Cookbook Awards were announced on April 22 during the IACP's annual conference at the Awards Gala in Portland, Oregon along with awards for food journalists, photographers and culinary excellence.
IACP judges have selected 18 winners from the 47 cookbook finalists according to recipe testing and IACP strict criteria ranking.
