The world’s first Skittles dress made of 3,000 sweets
A British beautician spent 180 hours making a colourful dress make of candy treats

Beautician Sarah Bryan has made a rainbow dress made of around 3,000 Skittles and is auctioning it in the hope that Lady Gaga may wear it.
The dress took 180 hours to make and thousands of the colourful chewy-centre sweets. Ms Bryan from Osset in Wakefield spent six hours everyday for a month making the dress. She used more than 145 bags of the candy treat and about 90 tubes of glue.
Bryan said: “My idea came about when I saw my daughter playing in the garden with her pool balls that look like Skittles. Then I thought I wonder if it's been done before so I did some research and it hasn't using only skittles sweets so I thought that's it!”
She believes it is the world’s first Skittle dress and has entered it into Guinness World Record.
She’s now auctioning off the sweet dress for a range of charities including lymphoma research in memory of her foster mother.
In the meantime, the beautician has high expectations for the auction which she hopes will attract Lady Gaga’s attention because “she would love it”.
