At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

Entitled “London in Los Angeles”, the star-studded event welcomed international celebrities and fashion’s elite, from Victoria and David Beckham to Anna Wintour, Mila Kunis, and TV host-of-the-moment, James Corden.
Social media, was, of course, invaded with pictures of Brooklyn Beckham posing alongside an array of famous faces, including Cara Delevingne and Elton John.
The show featured Burberry’s autumn/winter 2015 collection which was shown in London in February, and previously unseen exclusive looks.
Embracing the luxury label’s British heritage, Bailey, flew out the Queen’s very own Horse Guards especially to close the show with a finale that also saw latest campaign's duo Jourdan Dunn and Naomi Campbelll. “It took a lot of work and discussion,” the brand’s chief creative and CEO told British Vogue. “But we really wanted to bring a little bit of London to LA and so to be able to have them here in Los Angeles is very special for us.”
Home-grown talent also entertained guests with their music performances, including George Ezra, Tom Odell, Clare Maguire, and George The Poet.
This is the first fashion show to ever take place at the Griffith Observatory, which sits up in the hills, across from the iconic Hollywood sign.
The show coincided with the opening of the opening of Burberry’s new four-storey store in LA, it being one of the tallest shops on Rodeo Drive.
