From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.

At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson made a surprise appearance in the Valentino show this morning at Paris Fashion Week.

The actors who star in fashion's favourite film Zoolander, took to the catwalk to close the Valentino autumn/winter 2015 collection.

It takes quite alot to shock a fashion week audience, especially one coming to the end of a month-long global tour taking in the autumn/winter 2015 collections, but the appearance of the Zoolander stars appears to have done just that.

Stiller appeared in a navy brocade suit with matching overcoat, whilst Wilson wore a light blue printed set with grey trench coat which he throws to the ground while making his way up the catwalk.

The duo also posed backstage with Vogue magazine editor-in-chief Anna Wintour.

The cameo appearance suggests a sequel Zoolander film is in the works, which will see both actors reprising their roles as models Derek Zoolander and Hansel.
