Alexander McQueen at London Collections: Men

A cobbled catwalk under the arches of King's Cross station was the suitably atmospheric setting for Alexander McQueen show. Cotton lace with the house's signature skull motif worked in was layered onto strict tailoring, while loose shorts were cut from lining-like silk. A largely greyscale collection, a flash of colour came from a butterfly brocade suit.
