October is finally upon us and while this month is typically associated with chunky knits, Halloween and pumpkin spice lattes, for us beauty buffs it’s also a great opportunity to transition our makeup and skincare routine.

From new season scents to party ready palettes and innovative formulas, here’s our pick of the best new beauty launches worth investing in right now.

T.L.C Framboos Glycolic Night Serum, Drunk Elephant, Cult Beauty, £90 (available now)

Arguably one of the most wanted skincare ranges ever, Drunk Elephant has finally launched in the UK exclusively at Space NK and Cult Beauty this month.

Known for its effective formulas which avoid dubious ingredients, we’re especially looking forward to trying the T.L.C Framboos Glycolic Night Serum. A 12 per cent alpha- and beta-hydroxy acid night serum, it helps to refine and resurface the skin, to reveal a smoother and more radiant complexion in the morning.

Le Labo, Tonka 25, £180/100ml (available now)

Cult fragrance brand Le Labo has revealed its first new fragrance in three years: Tonka 25.

Launching this month, the warming scent is ideal for the cooler months and is described as an “addictive, dark fragrance with woody notes and a subtle hint of sweetness.” The fragrance includes notes of orange flower absolute, cedar atlas, styrax resins and absolute tonka.

Stars In Your Eyes Palette, Charlotte Tilbury, £60 (available now)

Makeup artist to the stars, Charlotte Tilbury has launched a brand new 12-shade eyeshadow palette designed to be broken down into four looks.

The “love look” includes three rose quartz-inspired shades, The “happy look” includes three sun-lit amber shades, the “power look” includes three golden shades and the “confidence look” three topaz-ruby inspired shades.

Beauty Blender, Bounce Foundation, Cult Beauty, £32 (available now)

From the brand that introduced one of the most iconic ways to apply foundation comes a new foundation that’s just as innovative as you’d expect.

Called Bounce, the lightweight base is a 24-hour wearing formula with a whipped, mousse-like formula that dries down to a velveteen semi-matte finish so that your skin’s natural radiance still shines through. Even better, it comes in an impressive 32 versatile shades.

Fenty Beauty Stunna Lip Paint, Harvey Nichols, £19 (available now)

When Rihanna launched Fenty Beauty’s first Stunna Lip Paint in a ruby-red liquid formula, beauty fans and editors couldn’t get enough of it.

And now, the brand has launched four brand new shades of the 12-hour matte wear liquid lipstick. You can pick up Unveil, a rich chocolatey brown, Uncuffed, a rosy nude, Unbutton, a pale peach, and Uninvited, a brave and bold black.

Huda Beauty, Overachiever Concealer, Cult Beauty, £23 (available now)

This month Huda Beauty revealed its first-ever multi-action concealer – The Overachiever.

A dual-ended concealing brush, the creamy concealer delivers buildable coverage that doesn’t settle into fine lines, and leaves your skin feeling hydrated and looking luminous.

If you’re still on the hunt for the perfect matte lipstick then look no further than Mac’s brand-new Powder Kiss formula.
