20th May is 501 Day, the annual celebration of the original blue jean. To to mark the occasion Levi’s are launching a summer of collaboration - and you can join in this weekend by celebrating your own personal style for 501 Day.
Ahead of the special seven-day event, we caught up with some of the capital’s most stylish denim lovers to discover what customisation and collaboration means to them. Artist Kay Davis, photographer Alistair Guy, and brother/sister fashion duo Martell and Shonya Campbell join members of the Evening Standard and Independent editorial teams to share their favourite fashion stories in the video above.
In the mood to customise? Head down to the Levi’s Regent Street flagship between now and 23 May and you’ll have the chance to create a unique pair of 501s in the store’s Creative Labs studio.
