My recent work focusing on Latino voters in Arizona has shown me how crucial independent journalism is in giving voice to underrepresented communities.
Your support is what allows us to tell these stories, bringing attention to the issues that are often overlooked. Without your contributions, these voices might not be heard.
Every dollar you give helps us continue to shine a light on these critical issues in the run up to the election and beyond

Last week Ellen DeGeneres launched her own fashion and lifestyle website, ED, but now Gap Kids has unveiled a collaboration with the American TV personality – and the good news is that the it will be available in the UK too.
GapKidsxED is a capsule collection created for young girls, which aims to be a social movement that encourages girls to embrace their individuality and talents.
Like ED's clothing line, the collaboration is inspired by the 56-year-old comedian's personal style. With prices ranging between £9.95 and £29.95, it features apparel and accessories, and include two key pieces are: a lightning bolt, which represents power; and a speech bubble, which represents word of encouragement.
For the campaign, Gap Kids got together a gang of real-life, inspiring girls, aged between six and 12, including pro-skateboarders, a young entrepreneur, a professional drummer and a nine-year-old engineer of 3D prosthetic hands for children. All six talents posed alongside DeGeneres in the black-and-white photoshoot, showing off their skills; from a cool kid in a beanie holding a skateboard, to young musician shaking her head while playing the drums.
GapKidsxED will be available from 17 August on gap.co.uk and in-store.
