Your support makes all the difference.London Fashion Week is getting a major boost to the schedule next season with the announcement that Brit brand Alexander McQueen will make its return.
For one season only, the brand headed up by Sarah Burton will show in London, instead of its usual Paris home where it has shown since 2002.
The show will take place in February where Alexander McQueen will join the likes of Burberry, Erdem and Christopher Kane in presenting its autumn/winter 2016 collection.
The news was announced today to coincide with the British Fashion Council's release of the upcoming schedule and it seems Alexander McQueen isn't the only new addition.
Shoe designer Charlotte Olympia will also present for AW16 and luxury leather brand Mulberry will make its return.
The news come in a week which saw the closure of label Jonathan Saunders, a highlight of the bi-annual London Fashion Week calendar.
