Bella Hadid has posted a cute Instagram post to celebrate sister supermodel Gigi’s pregnancy with ex-One Direction star Zayn Malik.

The proud sister posted a wholesome picture of herself and Gigi side by side in the grounds of their family’s Pennsylvania ranch, where both models have spent the summer.

Gigi was wearing a flowy dress that accentuated her bump while Bella exposed her bare belly, describing her own bump as “from my burger”.

Her caption read: “Two buns in the oven except mine is from my burger and gigi’s is from @zayn i love you both so freaking much -can’tstopcrying”.

Bella also captioned the date of the photo as from June 2020 – so the combination of the backdated photo and her pose caused fans to speculate as to whether she could have been in the early stages of pregnancy alongside Gigi.

Eva Chen, director of fashion partnerships at Instagram, even commented: “OMG I was like Yessss I get to babysit two babies but then read caption and a burger baby doesn’t count.”

Gigi and Zayn have reportedly moved back to New York in time for their baby to be born – the due date was reported to be 14 September.

The supermodel has kept a relatively low profile during her pregnancy, but posted some stunning photo shoot snaps to Instagram earlier this year.

In a video shared to Instagram in July, the model said she hadn’t been sharing pictures of her baby bump because it’s “not the most important thing in the world” right now.

“A lot of people are confused by why I am not sharing more but I am pregnant through a pandemic, obviously my pregnancy is not the most important thing going on in the world, that’s in part why I didn’t feel a need to share, apart from with my family and friends.”

According to Hadid, she felt it was more important at the time to use her platform to highlight important causes such as the Black Lives Matter movement and the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
