SO THIS is what the millennium bug looks like. Sweet isn't he? Still, looks can be deceptive. Pull a cord in MB's back and he starts jiggling frantically, jumping across the carpet and frightening anything in its path. Meanwhile, his real computer counterpart is busying away preparing to spend the millennium New Year's Eve grounding planes, shooting off missiles and emptying supermarket shelves. Better buy one while you can, then.
