Buckingham Palace has released two photographs from Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor‘s christening – and royal fans are delighted.
The ceremony took place at a private chapel in the grounds of Windsor Castle. Only 25 people are thought to have attended.
While the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have chosen to keep the details surrounding the event private.
They have not revealed who they have chosen as godparents for their son.
But fans can get a flavour for the day from the two photos, taken by Chris Allerton.
In one group shot, Archie sits on his mother’s lap surrounded by other members of the royal family, including the Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Charles.
