The photo was shared by Lauren Paul on Wednesday to mark the “Someone Like You” singer’s 32nd birthday.
The image shows Adele reclining on a wall in a black polo-neck mini dress alongside the former reality TV star Nicole Ritchie, Ms Paul and writer writer Jedidiah Jenkins.
The special birthday post included the caption: “Happy birthday angel babe @Adele.
“You came into my life a few months before I had Story and you quickly became one of the most important figures in my journey as a new mother.
“You have taught me so much. You glow because your heart is full. I’m so proud of the human you are. Wish we were reliving this Vegas sleepover.”
Ms Paul’s post comes after Adele herself shared a photograph to mark her birthday.
The image features the singer standing outside a home in a black fitted dress by Amsterdam-based design label Elzinga that has since sold out online.
In the caption, Adele thanked people for wishing her happy birthday and wrote a special message to key workers on the front lines of the coronavirus outbreak.
“Thank you for the birthday love,” she wrote.
“I hope you’re all staying safe and sane during this crazy time. I’d like to thank all of our first responders and essential workers who are keeping us safe while risking their lives!” the singer captioned the photo. You are truly our angels.
“2020 okay bye thanks x.”
The post has been liked more than 8.5m times and garnered hundreds of thousands of comments from fans, friends, and fellow celebrities, including actor Rita Wilson and fashion designers Virgil Abloh and Riccardo Tisci.
