Three Britons who claim they have been tortured have been sentenced to four years in Dubai jail. Sister of jailed Suneet Jeerh, Davena Kumar, says his family will 're-appeal' that decision. 'He should not be serving four years', she says. She also explains how little the Government and the British embassy can do to help. 'There's nothing they could do, they could only follow the procedures and do their protocols.'
