I definitely feel better this week, far more clear-headed and energetic. This is definitely down to eating less, late at night, and particularly due to drinking more water. The exercises are OK but I find doing the crunches hard, especially after the run.
I still haven't quite been able to fit in all of my exercises and I don't know how I would be able to fit all of them in during my everyday life, as I am so busy. You would need to be a complete fitness fanatic to do so and I am not sure that I want to be one.
