Palermo star Javier Pastore says that money will not be a deciding factor if and when he opts to leave the Serie A club.
The 21-year-old Argentina playmaker is being heavily linked with interest from the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona, but Pastore is content with life at the Rosanero for the time being.
He told La Gazzetta dello Sport: "Really I never think about money, if I stay it is because I think it is the best decision for my future.
"Money helps a lot, but it doesn't make you happy. For now I only dream of winning something with Palermo.
"Barcelona are one of the largest and most prestigious teams in the world. Of course, I would like to go to such a strong club one day in the future, but the truth is that at the moment it's not the priority.
"I am thinking about the present and today I am very, very happy in Palermo and I want to stay."
