FBI investigates Johansson nude picture leak
The FBI is investigating a case of computer hacking after nude pictures of the actress Scarlett Johansson, appeared online this week.
The actress is believed to have contacted the US authorities after the personal photographs, which appear to have been taken at the actress' home, surfaced on several websites.
Johansson is the latest in a list of stars including Jessica Alba, Christina Aguilera and Vanessa Hudgens, who appear to have been the victim of hackers accessing computers, private email accounts and mobile phones. A spokeswoman for the FBI in Los Angeles said that the investigation affected a number of well-known individuals.
"The FBI is investigating a person or group responsible for a series of cyber intrusions of high-profile figures," Laura Eimiller said.
Marty Singer, Johansson's legal representative confirmed the pictures were of the actress and said she would sue any site hosting the pictures as the copyright belonged to her.
