Educational video games may not have the best reputation, but Parliament has decided that a foray into the genre could help young people better understand the inner workings of government and the jobs that elected representatives do.
‘MP for a Week’ offers pretty much what the title promises, letting the player become a virtual backbencher and get a score for how well they do. It is unlikely to rise to the top of every teenage gamer’s wish-list, but at least it is free.
