Your support makes all the difference.Sega has confirmed that much-loved classic Jet Set Radio will be coming to Sony’s PS Vita this summer, with a playable version of the title set to be on the Sega stand at this year’s E3 Show in LA.
The game will be an updated version of the original Dreamcast rollerblader (first released way back in the year 2000) and will feature upgraded HD visuals set to be paired with the title’s original funky soundtrack.
Sega have also taken advantage of the Vita’s touchscreen controls to provide new ways for gamers to interact with the environments of Tokyo-to with the manner in which players spray graffiti, to how the camera is placed, being overhauled.
‘The fan reaction to our recent reveal of Jet Set Radio has been incredible!” said Haruki Satomi, Senior Vice President of Digital Business at SEGA. “As Jet Set Radio is focused on creativity, the touch capabilities of the PlayStation Vita are proving to be a perfect fit.’
Jet Set Radio will also be released on Xbox 360 via XBLA, PS3 via PSN and PC.
