Your support makes all the difference.Rockstar Games has taken the step of quashing the fire of specualtion before it threatened to get out of control by confirming that Grand Theft Auto V will launch in Spring 2013 for Xbox 360 and PS3.
Whether or not this move to date the game’s release is entirely on Rockstar’s own terms is unclear, but with a Polish website, and later the retailer GAME via a tweet all but already confirming the announcement it would appear Rockstar have decided to act.
Described as the ‘largest and most ambitious title in the series to date’ GTA V is being developed by series creator Rockstar North and is set in the sprawling city of Los Santos and its surrounding area. ‘Grand Theft Auto V delivers a world of unprecedented scale and detail bursting with life, from mountaintops to the depths of the ocean,’ reads the official announcement.
‘Grand Theft Auto V builds on everything we’ve learned about open world game design,’ said Sam Houser, Founder of Rockstar Games. ‘We can’t wait to share it with fans.’
