While TikTok is an app for comedic relief, it’s also fast becoming a leading trendsetter, not just for beauty products and skincare tips, but for foodies too.

It’s home to a never-ending stream of quick and easy recipes, ASMR cook-along’s and speedy ways to rustle up meals when you just can’t be bothered.

The TikTok feta pasta became one of the app’s biggest culinary hits when a video was shared of the now-viral recipe.

It involves roasting a tray full of cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and a whole block of feta, before adding your cooking pasta, stirring together and enjoying a cheesy meal that takes less than 20 minutes to make.

Since then, there’s been a number of variations of the dish, where users share their own take on it, including swapping feta for mozzarella and adding different vegetables.
