At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.
The Independent is trusted by Americans across the entire political spectrum. And unlike many other quality news outlets, we choose not to lock Americans out of our reporting and analysis with paywalls. How do Cyber Monday and Black Friday compare?
Cyber Monday takes place on the Monday after Black Friday, which means, this year, it falls on 2 December 2024. As the name suggests Cyber Monday historically only takes place online, while Black Friday sees deals both online and in-store.
However, this isn’t a hard and fast rule, as plenty of brands continue their in-store sales into the following week. Those looking to shop for a bargain will be pleased to learn that there are still plenty of deals on offer on Cyber Monday, and we are bringing you the best ones.
