Tamara Hinson is a freelance travel writer who is most interested in sports and conservation. She most recently visited the Maldives to write about the work being done to protect reef manta rays. She's got a soft spot for anywhere in Asia, particularly Japan, Singapore and Cambodia and regularly contributes to most national newspapers, along with travel magazines such as National Geographic Traveller and Wanderlust, in-flight magazines and international publications.
