Sara Harcourt

Sara is Policy Director, Research and Publications at The ONE Campaign. Before joining ONE, she worked for the global economy and development program at the Brookings Institution and managed operations for the Africa Growth Initiative. She holds an MA in international relations from the University of Florida.
