Founder of National BBQ Week, now in its 28th year, he is also a past president of the UK National BBQ Association and a former marketing director of the World BBQ Association. He is also the creator of the award-winning Bar-B-Bar range of BBQ sauces & marinades. He is a director of Grocery Gurus, which operates the Together Is Better programme of multi-brand, multi-channel format of grocery marketing, including Gastro Alfresco, Free-from Fortnight, National Wine Week/Get Wine Wise, Mixorama, Dinner To Dine For, A Better Breakfast, Veggietopia, It's Lunchtime & BeerathoN.
