Marvel fans are beginning to find Easter eggs that connect Disney Plus series WandaVision to a forthcoming Loki series.

In WandaVision Episode 8, titled “Previously On”, Wanda and her family prepare to watch an episode of The Dick Van Dyke Show for. A young Pietro asks what “shenanigans” are, and a Young Wanda replies, “Shenanigan is like problem, but more silly than scary, but can sometimes be a little scary.”

“Yeah, like mischief,” their mother adds.

The word “mischief”, of course, is an interesting choice of words, as The Wrap points out, given that Disney+ will soon premiere a stand-alone series about Loki, the God of Mischief.

Another connection fans have drawn betweenWandaVision and Loki, which premieres on 11 June, has to do with an upcoming cameo, which Paul Bettany, who plays Vision in WandaVision, recently teased.

On Reddit, user TheMediocreCritic has posed a complex theory that directly connects Thor's famously mischievous brother to Wanda (played by Elizabeth Olsen).

“Truth is, of all of the characters we were trying to keep secret, a lot of them got out through leaks,” Bettany told Esquire. “There is one character that has not been revealed. And it is very exciting. It is an actor I've longed to work with all of my life. We have some amazing scenes together and I think the chemistry between us is extraordinary and fireworks on set.”
