The calls, recorded by US law enforcement, were made just minutes before Nicole’s death in 1994 and including dialogue such as: "He's OJ Simpson. I think you know his record. Could you just send somebody over. He just drove up again. Could you just send somebody over here?”
Viewers aired their shock at the “chilling” tapes on Twitter, with one user writing “Shivers hearing Nicole 999 call.”
The People v OJ Simpson follows the story of OJ’s trial for the murder of Nicole, something he was not found guilty of. The series is, however, not a documentary and is made by the same people behind American Horror Story.
